swiper-pagination-white\"><\/div><\/div><\/div>\n\n<p>If the government claims it doesn&#8217;t intervene in private housing real estate prices based on the principles of \u201cowner&#8217;s freedom to manage their property\u201d and \u201cmarket freedom\u201d in setting prices according to supply and demand, it has free measures that can significantly limit the astronomical prices affecting Kuwaiti citizens&#8217; pockets and all barriers. <\/p>\n\n<p>It has the power to enforce its laws that specify the use of private housing areas for single-family residences, which automatically makes any non-single-family residential use a violation of explicit regulations. <\/p>\n\n<p>This violation now occurs openly and publicly, requiring neither house inspections nor testimony of four witnesses. <\/p>\n\n<p>While we await the implementation of the vacant land law that will &#8220;seize&#8221; multiple current properties, preventing new ones is easier.
